The SWATing incident that resulted in a death?

The 25 y/o who called the police and started the sequence of events that resulted in the death is in custody in Kansas and is facing a ten year prison sentence for involuntary manslaughter. He's being held on a $500,000 bail. Kansas may be adding a second charge of making a false report, also a felony. And Canadian authorities are also looking in to charges, though none of their charges are felonies.

Now that he's been unmasked and admitted to other identifiable attacks, I'm hoping other law enforcement agencies start backtracking investigations and he can spend the rest of his life in prison or awaiting trial. And considering that one of these attacks was against an FCC hearing, that can bring in the FBI.

Other than the expense to incarcerate the bastard, and him sucking on our oxygen supply, there's not a single thing wrong with all the above.
