One of the first counties in California to open: is now locking down again. And a couple other bits

Lassen County, population 30,000, is located in far north California. They've been without any cases for three months. They reopened in early May.

They now have four cases. And they're now locked down again.

They're in the process of trying to contact trace the cases to figure out what happened.

Yeah, re-open the country!

In the Pennsylvania legislature, a GOP Representative tested positive for COVID. He went home to self-isolate. All of the Republican representatives were notified, some self-isolated.

None of the Democratic representatives were notified. They found out when the newspapers broke the story.

And during this time, the Rethuglicans were doing their newest "Open up the state!" mantra, of course.
