He didn't have a problem passing Trump's tax cuts for the rich, which added a trillion dollars to the deficit in one swell foop. But now that a Dem is going to be POTUS, it's time to flip the switch and start complaining about the budget and deficit financing. That stuff is only okay when the Republicans are in charge of the country.

I cannot wait for him to be out of office. He's done pretty much nothing for the last four years and especially the last two except rush mostly unqualified judge appointments through and hold a mock impeachment trial.

Anything politically advantageous to a Democrat must be stopped, anything politically advantageous to a Republican cannot be stopped is his philosophy, much like everyone else in his party. The only way to beat him in the halls of government is to vote out all of the people who would give him any power at all levels.

I came across this a while back, he seems to embody it: "Conservatism consists of exactly one proposition: There must be in-groups whom the law protects but does not bind, alongside out-groups whom the law binds but does not protect."

That's it, yes, and everyone who isn't him or trying to be his friend is the out-group.
