"Certified by CE, FCC, RoHS" = either a red flag, or their marketing people don't know what they are talking about. Hopefully the latter.

"Certified by TUV Rheinland for CE compliance" or something similar would be the way to phrase that. RoHS is a self declaration, and not certification.
