I'm glad to see Lara Croft made the list, but I don't know who Arthur Bach is or how Lucius Malfoy and Cruella De Vil made it. I'd think Honor Harrington and Miles Vorkosigan should be contenders.

Skyscraper Causing Earthquakes?

No, it's not owned by Lex Luthor (who is on the Forbes Top 15 list). They built this monsterous large skyscraper in Taiwan and they're now thinking that it might be activating a previously quiet fault line.
