NJ Supreme Court upholds the privacy of personal emails on work computers

They uphold a lower court ruling that personal emails (webmail, etc) on a work computer have a reasonable expectation of privacy. Very good stuff. The case they ruled on had a person on a work laptop sending email to her attorney via webmail complaining about bosses. Her employer found out and nastiness apparently ensued.
