Flunked Civics/Government 101?

"I'm going to unveil a plan to uproot all three branches of government and overhaul Washington."
— Rick Perry

I wonder if he's heard of a little document called the United States Constitution?

Hmmm, if he actually has a plan to do such a thing, could that be considered Conspiracy to Overthrow the Government of the United States?

A couple of other interesting candidential items yesterday: Herman Cain got Secret Service protection, and Rick Perry challenged Nancy Pelosi to a debate, Nancy laughed at him.

Standard Republican platform. Am unimpressed that the Republicans continue to field such low-probability candidates.

I saw an article that said Romney is basically laying low and letting Perry, Cain, and Bachmann self-destruct. He strikes me as possibly the most rational RNC candidate going.

Considering his ability to hold multiple positions on an issue in a short amount of time, though, I think that also makes him the most dangerous candidate, as there's no telling what he might do in office.
