For some reason, I couldn't really warm to Kingsman - it sort of felt like it was trying to be super-Bond so very hard, yet came off lacking the charm Bond always manages, particularly in their more whimsical moments.
I'm still quite tickled that Timothy Dalton returned to the BBC, briefly, as Rassilon. Oh, you could tell he was having fun there. ^_^
Yep, very much looking forward to the new Ghostbusters! Hopefully they've kept the storyline just different enough that it doesn't feel like retreading the same path, though. Bonus: tears of the haters. =:)
Shaun the Sheep was remarkably good. ^_^ Aardman's certainly had enough practice, but still, to pull off that level of entertainment with virtually no dialogue - impressive. Of course, the animation was as good as ever, with no shortage of background gags as well.
I did enjoy The Man from UNCLE - they caught the spirit of 1960s spy thrillers so well, not to mention the excellent costume design work. I've no idea if it did well enough to lure the studio into a sequel, but I'd happily see that too.
Oo, that reminds me - I still haven't seen The Martian. Maybe I'll fix that tomorrow. ^_^ (Today's going to be preparing for a brief interview, followed, hopefully, by a couple hours of rabbiteering)
