RIP: Meatloaf!
Aged 74, no cause of death given at this time. AKA Marvin Lee Aday, born in Dallas. Sold more than 100 million albums world-wide and appeared in more than 50 movies and TV shows. And suffered from numerous health problems. While 74 is not a bad age to achieve, he could have easily had another five or ten years left in him. Very sad.
I suppose we may learn more in the near future. But as for today, my brain is going to be playing "When Eddie didn't like his Teddy, you know he was a no-good kid!" and "Ain't no doubt about it, we were doubly-blessed!" I do not remember him in Wayne's World, I've been meaning to get copies of those movies and should really make that a reality. I received enough grief over my name and the name of those films and found them to be quite fun and charming.
I thought the last couple of paragraphs in the Rolling Stone obit were pretty sad.

The second was his real name, which Rolling Stone printed in an article about him around the time of the original Bat and he was very pissed about them publicizing. I was going to caption this "Calling it Aday," but I figured it was too soon.
