Or maybe because people using email casually, without paying attention to what they're doing, are stupid?

The incident was revealed by newsletter writer Adam Ryan who shared screenshots of the original message from Parler about the “monumental new chapter,” explaining that they expected the acquisition to be complete by the end of the year and describing their VIP members as “an invaluable part of the Parler family and experience.”

The problem was, they sent it to all the VIP members using CC on the email rather than BCC.

OOPS!

One person replied, “Hi everyone! It’s a pleasure being doxxed with such a fine crew.”

That is a valid point!  Certainly could have been done on purpose by someone who embedded themselves to cause mischief, sort of a counterspin Brietbart.  Personally, I don't think I could work in such a place and maintain what little remains of my sanity, it would take a stronger soul than I.
