Marvel Studios' Visual Effects Unit votes UNANIMOUSLY to unionize!

You just know Disney is not happy with this at all. Walt was a huge hater of unions, and I'm sure that's an ongoing thing with The Mouse.

Amongst their complaints are unpaid overtime, being forced to skip meal breaks, and "incredible pressure to meet deadlines".

And they're still in the midst of legal fights with writers of tie-in novels, scripts, etc. over monies owed, right?

Good for them. Unionization is a just and appropriate response to being mistreated by your employer.
