Update on the Cuisinart ice cream machine

This is mainly for lovelyangel.

I have my second batch mixing, same recipe as before: substituting eggnog for the whole milk. The point of the post is decibels! According to an app on my iPhone 13, it is about +10db. My normal kitchen noise level is around 60db, with the machine running about 70.

So there you go!

That's not a bad increase in noise. Measurable, certainly, but not a jet engine in the kitchen.
