Robert Reich just tweeted...
The Biden-Harris admin capped credit card late fees, saving Americans $10B a year.
A Trump-appointed judge blocked it.
The Biden-Harris admin banned noncompete clauses, which trap Americans in their jobs.
A Trump-appointed judge blocked it.
Who's really on the side of working people?
And keep in mind, IIRC, all these Trump judge appointees were pre-approved by the same people trying to bring you the 2025 Project.

I am beyond nervous for November. Biden has done a terrific job (despite being thwarted by Congress and/or judges), but I don't think most people realize it.
You'd think they'd be horrified enough at the alternative to do whatever it takes, but somehow, people are either able to be apathetic or they're in the Cult. :(

Abolishing or severely limiting non-compete clauses might be beneficial, but the judge ruled, as I recall, that the Federal Trade Commission exceeded its authority. Congress has the power to pass laws, as you may remember from reading the U.S. Constitution; an administrative agency does not. This quasi-law may have been an excellent idea, or perhaps not, but an agency that can decree good laws to please President Biden can also decree bad laws to please some other president, like (ahem).

Trump has one rule: do what pleases him. Everything is transactional, and as long as it benefits him, it's good. And that's it. A complete and utter dipshit. Uneducated, and unwilling to learn, but extremely clever at manipulation.

Oh, he absolutely is. No real impulse control, no one to say him nay.

Indeed. And the toddler has an excellent chance of becoming President again!
