Maybe the police, (upset at t. for pardoning them), maybe be out to get them. LOL.

That's an interesting point.  The police unions endorsed him both times, and now he released a bunch of guys who are responsible for the deaths of some of them.

The police must be so disappointed in their endorsement. People just didn't seem to realize that isn't just all talk.

I'd pretty well say that it's an example of "people mean to continue as they have started," and therefore the people who were pardoned for participating in a riot and an insurrection started because they believed they were above the law and had the support of the executive might just continue to believe and act like they're above the law and get reminders that it's not actually the case here and there.
