You really are snagging some funny ones. I'm going back and covering old fannish interests. Picked up a lovely animated Rocky Horror lips, a Captain Kirk, and an awesome Vincent Price. Today I'm on a quest for Dark Shadows and Sifl and Ollie. I'm rather picky about the look of the icons I use, so it takes me a little longer to choose.

That Harry/Ron/Hermione rpg one is really funny!

Russ showed me the Potter RPG one, I doubt I'll ever use it, but ya never know.

I've found a lot by surfing friend's flists, also off some communities like Food Porn. There are a couple that I'd like to re-work where I think the lettering just isn't visible enough.

Some of those are priceless! No wonder I'm having such a hard time having good icons... I keep trying to find photos and such on the Net and making my own. As opposed to letting other people do the heavy lifting, and then just, er, lifting them from them. ;)

I've made a couple of my own, obviously the photos of me, the observatory, and me and my wife are home-brewed. But it's definitely easier to swipe 'em. :-)

Right-click is our friend, eh? LOL Most of my stuff is stolen off Flickr. Keep intending to go through some of my photos for, say, the dogs but my lazy desultory efforts in that regard haven't turned up anything suitable.
