Just had to throw these out

My fav web comic (well, perhaps not my fav, but certainly highly regarded by moi) Kevin & Kell, has a great pastiche of one of my favorite movie scenes of all time, the crowd scene from Monty Python's Life of Brian when Brian is addressing the crowd and he tells them "You're all individuals!" and the entire crowd responds in unison, "Yes, we're all individuals!"

A little context for the story: the crowd is rampaging because they thought the coach was a cheetah, it turned out that he was a tabby house cat with water-soluble spots.

And this is a story about space aliens suing the US Air Force under the DMCA laws because the Air Force is reverse-engineering UFOs.

Kevin and Kell is the one comic I've continued reading -- last year I was reading a dozen or two, and in the end, K&K is the only one that survived the attrition.

But do you read....

Overdue Media? I figured it was standard issue for library workers.

I particularly like today's. I showed it to Russ and now it looks like she's hooked, and it turns out that one of her sisters is a public librarian.

I love that strip, too. I thought that storyline was a great commentary, and I absolutely loved the way that pointing out their conformity made the crowd freak out!

Amazing what a blind date can bring on!
