I like that Papermate Missile! Very cute. And technically it's not a nuclear detonation, so it doesn't start the war phase.
Yeah, it's kinda pointless when you only have 2-3 people. You really need a boisterously full table to properly enjoy the game. Rick Loomis runs games at conventions where he combines multiple decks and you'll see a single game with 20-40 people in it.
