Bush on the Constitution: 'It's just a goddamned piece of paper'

Allegedly El Prezidente said regarding the Constitution, "It's just a goddamned piece of paper". Problem is, the only sources that I can find for this quote are basically blogs. Had he said it, I would think the corporate newsies would have been all over it. I couldn't find it on MSNBC or CNN, I haven't checked the major papers like the NY Times yet, but I would have thought they would have shown as hits fairly easily.

All of the sources seem to point back to this guy at Capitol Hill Blue.
