thewayneis that I have two egg yolks left over, which means within a couple of days that I'm going to have an omelette for breakfast!
And today was that day!
It was one of those rare occasions that it actually cooperated when folded, and I ended up with a complete half-circle omelette. Ham, lots of cheese, lots of herb blends from Penzeys and Trader Joe's.
Followed by one of the Krusteaz' Orange Cran muffins with chocolate chips and walnuts. With a glass of milk.
So a good breakfast, all in all.
