The worsening healthcare is a big, big deal. Also, the impact on the environment is having a knock on effect to your life that will get worse (it seems particularly dramatically bad in the US right now.) The way that people are being abused and mistreated, (the gaslighting of BLM, the latest scandal of women being sterilised against their will) is sowing poverty and illness that will harm society as a whole. There is a whiff of fascism, and that will ruin everyone's lives, (everyone is on the hit list, the question is how far up or down the list a person is and if they realise they are in danger before it is too late.) Nope, it's not looking good, and I could say much the same for the UK too.
