I told the guy who wanted to pray for me to lose my religion that I was bound by very old and powerful oaths never to use magic to affect another human being without their informed consent. (It was a requirement for the "branch" of Wicca I was trained in.) I tightened up the wards a bit for the sake of my husband and our son. But the bigot finally just went away.
