Well, you shouldn't have a positive test at this point from an August infection unless you've been re-infected. They can detect antibodies from previous, resolved infections. But unless you're symptomatic or know you've been exposed - like I was! - there's little point to repeat testing. Obviously there are exceptions where you should test.
