Can you impeach people for perjury?

Supreme Court justices are not immune from impeachment by Congress. I'm just not certain if it falls under high crimes and misdemeanors.

Perjury is a crime that could be impeachable, but that would require the House to pass articles, and based on how much they let fools like the Representative from Georgia, the Representative from Alabama, and the Representative from Colorado run their mouths instead of keeping them away from all camera opportunities, I can't imagine they'd be willing to impeach the people that are bringing about their preferred government.

Of code, given the recent rulings from the court, the Executive could just decide those justices that were foolish enough to give him that power should Find Out what that actually means.

And there's no guarantee that the House will remain under RNC control, nor that the Senate will flip.  And if they change to 2/3rds Dem control....

If things keep going on this way then impeachment will be the least of their concerns - or anybody else's!

Since beliefs can change, they would argue that at that specific instant that they said it, they honestly believed that.

Not that I would believe them.

I have seen headlines saying that two different people were going to impeach all or some of them.
Of course if the vote has to go through the House we know how that vote will come out. :o :o :o
