Behind the scenes in photo retouching

This guy, Glenn Feron, has a web site where he shows glamor shots for publication in before and after Photoshopping the image. Stunning. I think it was greyweirdo who mentioned this last week. Really cool. And there's another site that does something similar, but this second guy is more into deliberatly altering photos.
