Stinky Cheese For The Win!

Last week we were in El Paso. On the west side is a store called The Greenery, mainly it's a gourmet wine/cheese store though they server a variety of yummy comestibles.

They had Ilchester. English Stilton Blue.

One of the kings of stinky blue cheese.


It runs about $30 a pound, I got a half pound wedge and have been enjoying the heck out of it. I don't indulge like this often, but it is SO GOOD every once in a while.
