After confirming that he hadn't actually done that, it turns out that it was a money request for an alleged attempt to pass a constitutional amendment to prevent him from doing so. Like it's possible to pass a constitutional amendment in that short a time frame? GIVE ME A BREAK! Congress is working on legislation to prevent the preemptive use of nuclear weapons, and that could conceivably pass in a short time frame, but an amendment to the constitution to prevent certain types of pardons?

Yeah, and monkeys might fly out of my butt.

Speaking of pardons, Joe Arpaio petitioned the judge who convicted him, for which the Cheetoh Benito pardoned him, to get his record of the conviction expunged. The judge refused.
