Have you played with Escalation or Proliferation? They're pretty cool. They also did a expansion for Mayfair Game's India Rails, where you can have the India/Pakistan nuke war as part of your game!
Don't they have SF/game cons in SLC? You could always come over to Albuquerque some time, they have a decent (from what I hear) con there.
