I'm sorry, but when you add equipment to a data center, you ALWAYS make sure you have enough power capacity and cooling capacity. You also have to make sure that you don't overload your floor weight limit, both the raised false floor and the concrete floor if you're anywhere but the basement or otherwise at ground level.

When tasked to take on programs that required adding equipment, they should have said "wait a minute -- we need a new data center with additional power!"
