Bummer and Strange!

Well, metabolisms do change. And with the exercise and nutrition program that you've been putting yourself through, I'm not terribly surprised.

I freaked out a friend a couple years ago. We worked together for 2+ years, and every holiday when soda would go on sale I'd buy 5+ flats of Pepsi, I almost always had one on my desk. We met up in Barstow, CA and now it was water rather than soda. I still drink the occasional soda, but not nearly as much as I used to. I've also taken to watering them down when I go to a fast food place.

And finally, I'm working on a secret project based on D'Adamo's Eat Right For Your (blood) Type. He's developed a nutrition program based on things that aglutinate in your blood. Every food is coded as Beneficial, Neutral, or Avoid. I've plugged in A & B, which is Russet and I, I'll be plugging in AB and O soon then working on web design so you can do cross-references between two types online for ingredients planning/avoidance for couples.

The book is an interesting read, he has several other books including a cook book based on this principles, aside from the cook book I haven't seen any of his other stuff.
