thewayneThe MPAA sued them out of existence, or at least that's what they claim. Every time they sued them in Russia, MPAA lost: AllofMP3 was legal under Russian law. They apparently even tried to pay the MPAA royalties, and the MPAA didn't accept them. Well, AllofMP3 is no more: it shut down, and re-opened as MP3Sparks. Conveniently, if you had an account on AllofMP3, it worked on MP3Sparks. I'm sure that was just a coincidence.
