I'm glad that SK's OK. having lost a couple of beloved pets in the last few years, I definitely understand the dread that comes with that kind of news.
I was glad to get to see my Dad's cat Gordon this last weekend, too. He's pushing 18 or so, and I'm not sure I'll get to see him again as he's getting pretty old and frail. I felt lucky for that last chance.
