Apple, Google, and others face an anti-trust suit over employee poaching

The companies accused are: Google, Apple, Intel, Adobe, Disney, Pixar, Intuit and Lucasfilm. Basically they have informal agreements that they won't actively try to recruit and hire each other's employees, which could escalate salaries for computer engineer superstars. But now they have to answer to the law!

Kinda makes you think the engineers should unionize, especially if they can prove the case that their companies are colluding against them. Even if they can't, might be worth it to do so and push back against the perception.
