I'll put my money that what Representative Cummings said is more accurate than what "45" said.

I just don't understand how "45" doesn't understand that the words of the President are taken VERY seriously by the rest of the world. When his propaganda czar came out and said to believe what's in his heart, not his literal words, I wanted to shoot my TV.

Fortunately I didn't have a firearm nearby.
