The end of semester is upon us, and slack time just ain't what it used to be. Some brilliant person in the executive hierarchy screwed with the final exam schedule, and for my two Tuesday/Thursday classes, I have to go in Tuesday, Thursday and Friday next week: my photography final is on Friday instead of Thursday. I have no idea what these Mighty Mental Midgets (tm) were thinking, it's rather obvious they were not.

But in brief: we went to Phoenix for Thanksgiving. Had dinner with my sister and nieces Tuesday night as they went to San Diego for the holiday (her hubby is in Afghanistan but hopefully will be home in about a week for the holiday), Wednesday was a great sushi dinner with my best man, Thursday turkey dinner with parents, Friday fantastic pizza with Bear & She-Bear at Nello's in Tempe (the best pizza in the Phoenix area), Saturday was playing Champions at Jim's, and Sunday we headed home (eventually).

It was ELEVEN DEGREES at 6am Monday when we arrived at home! And still no snow.

Sigh.

Later!

I wish we'd had more time: I brought copies of all of the good photos that I'd printed this semester, I wanted to show them to you. Hopefully I'll be able to scan the negatives soon and then I'll be able to post them.

I expect to fail my pre-algebra course, I've had miserable study habits and am quite a bit more comfortable, but that's not to say that I like algebra any better.

(Sorry not to have responded sooner -- this is a comment that LJ didn't bother to post to my email until today)

Probably just as well that you might post your work here, though you might lock the post so no one swipes the images (assuming you trust your friends! LOL). Poring over photos in the midst of a busy party can be... er, less than ideal.

Too bad about the algebra. I'm such a crazy perfectionist that a B feels like failure (and I've managed to avoid any thus far). OTOH, you couldn't PAY me to take algebra again; I had to study my a$$ off for the GRE Math and *still* got only an "average" score.
