True. It isn't the solution, but it is a solution.

They really need a bigger kitchen. They had red chili stew on tonight, and had no bread to go with it, only crackers. So darn it, we had to order two pizzas so we had some pizza bones to dip.

That restaurant could probably find a local baker who could supply them with really awesome bread, and people would come for the bread and not just for the chili.

The design is a little off.  New Mexico bar laws are kinda restrictive, which I like, and I don't know them precisely, but their kitchen is far too small and needs to be larger.  Having a wood-fired pizza oven, there's no reason at all why they couldn't be doing bread sticks or garlic pizzas and providing bread with chili.  But all they do is pizza and beer.  Granted, their pizza is good, a solid B+.  And it's consistent.  But it's all it will ever be, and we don't drink beer. They have a large outdoor patio and stage and generally have something going every night: open mike, performance, karaoke, so they're making money.  Plus all the beer they brew there and the NM breweries that they're promoting, which is good.  But they would be so much more with a larger kitchen.

They wouldn't need a bigger kitchen if they could buy good bread from a baker, which many restaurants do - I don't know what kind of laws there are about what foods a bar is allowed to buy.
