Why fix a clock, or even replace the batteries, when, with a 3D printer and some Raspberry Pi programming, you can build a little robot to advance the minute hand sixty times an hour?!

This feels like the sort of thing that someone programs as a proof of concept for something bigger and more immediately useful to the eye, but it's a fun project all the same, and the googly eye on the robot is the perfect touch.
