Trailer is up for the November MCU movie: The Marvels, and it has misogynistic fan boys unhappy

To me, this looks like an awesome movie with lots of humor and action. To them, or their bots, it is 'Disney forcing their woke feminist crap on us' and dishonoring the Marvel tradition, or some shit like that.

Just before it left our local theater, I saw the new Ant Man/Wasp Quadraphenia, or whatever it was called, and was bitterly disappointed because the two previous Ant Man movies were so funny! This looks like one I can look forward to lots of laughs in. The first Captain Marvel movie - four years ago! - was excellent, can't wait to re-watch it to refresh the character in my mind.

I watched Wakanda Forever and noticed it had more than the usual proportion of active, central female characters. More than half the central characters, even!

That was an excellent movie!  I was really, really happy that I got to see it in Phoenix at a top-class theater rather than our local pit.  And yes, lots of children, errr, fanboys were pretty upset to see his sister become the next Black Panther.

If I felt safe enough about cinemas and masking and indoor air quality, I'd be going to this thing. Because that trailer looks like just that much fun! I expect I'll be buying it at a retailer ASAP, in any case!

It looks like it'll be a good one to watch, although I admit I'm not doing my absolute most to stay completely up on every MCU movie at this point.

Mostly because I think those one will have some bounciness to it rather than being super grim.

Also, Squirrel Girl should join the MCU at some point.

I don't ever wanna be considered one of those fan boys, but when I first saw this preview I thought, it's another "chick flick" in the vein of the new Black Panther.
I do hope, and it looks like it should, do better. :o
I wonder if they felt that way about the first Captain Marvel movie?
Some people just live to hate Disney. UGH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I do have to agree, the new Ant Man was just kind of BLAH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Definitely! We're in Salt Lake City tonight and tomorrow, drove up thru Gallop Monday and spent the night in Ute Casino.  Very pretty drive until the final slog up to SLC.  BUT we found an amazing sushi place and pleasantly gorged ourselves upon arrival, so a good day, all in all.
