A blog for Disney Imageineers and Pixar employees about how to fix the parks and restore them to their former glory.

It's been a few years since I've been to Disneyland, but I remember a number of the things discussed, such as going to the Carnation Cafe and finding it to be a gift shop. It would be nice to see things turned around, but as long as the bean counters rule, I doubt it will.

That looks like a very interesting blog to follow. I ran across old slides of Disneyland that my parents took in 1957. I need to scan those. I also still have some 8mm film from that era that I need to send out to get transfered to dvd. They really have gutted a lot of the cool Disney stuff from the American parks and replaced it with crap.

A rather depressing blog! I was never terribly impressed with the whole Disney "vision" when I was a kid (though I watched "The Wonderful World of Color" avidly). I first went to the park as a young teenager, and was pleasantly surprised despite my teen-ish determination not be be impressed. ;) I found myself there a few more times over the years (not for many years now) and rather liked it -- but this blog just makes it seem ghastly now. Fortunately I don't have kids begging me to take 'em.
