Thomas Kinkade's "light paintings" losing a bit of their luster

I didn't realize this guy was a Fundie, I've just always thought that his art sucked. Well, apparently he's more than a bit of a nasty businessman, and he's just lost almost $900,000 in arbitration.

As a sidebar, I was actually quite tickled that Kim Christensen, the Times staff writer of the article, actually *correctly* used the term "gantlet" in the article. Nooooobody does that. Makes my language-maven socks roll right up and down. ;)
