We're getting a Renaissance Festival!

It's only two days long, June 10th and 11th, so I'm not expecting much. But since we got rained out of the one in Phoenix, it's better than nothing.

Colorado Ren Fest

Hi Wayne, We went to the Ren Fest many years ago. That was I think when Bears sister was still in the Air Force. If they hold it at the same place it was in the mountains. Instead of walking all in dust you get bonus exercise by walking up and down the hills. There were many trees and instead of the swan swing they had a dragon swing which Bear took a picture of me with it.

Glad to see you on LJ! Apparently this will be the last year that the Colorado Ren Fest will be held at that site. According to the jeweler from whom we bought our wedding rings at the AZ Ren Fest, the town is buying the land the CO Fest is on and doing other nasty political things, so they're moving it for next year.
