I'm from Arizona, I spent over 40 years there. I'm glad to see that they're upholding the fine standards of idiotselected representatives that are going to Congress.

There are two branches of government that pass laws: Executive & Legislative, and usually they have to cooperate to some degree to get laws passed. You don't often hear talk about worst Congresses, and I'm not sure where I'd say we last had a 'good' combination of the two. Personally, I think all incumbents should be thrown out on their ears, but I don't think that's too likely to happen.

I'm just hoping Ben here's as good a source for sound bites as his dad was.

Coffee shops taking free wifi off the menu

I have no problem with this. The issue is that people are going in, buying one $2 cup of coffee, and spending the day there on their laptop. It's turning off other customers, it's hurting revenue for the coffee shop. I've used coffee shop wifi before, but I'll order more than a $2 cup, I don't freeload. The article mentions some jerk who brings in a DESKTOP COMPUTER and hogs a table all day!

I don't have the link, but the Slashdot thread had some great suggestions, such as your receipt prints a voucher code for 30/60 minutes of free wifi (apparently some Burger Kings do this), but I can see that might be difficult to integrate for smaller operations.

Joomla or Drupal?

Does anyone have experience with these? I'm thinking about changing my sparebrainsgames.com site to one or the other, and I keep going back and forth on which would be better for a small site and for someone who is occasionally of very little brain. I've been reading up on them, mainly comparisons, and I am having serious problems making up my mind.
