Burt Rutan retires!

Burt lead the company Scaled Composites, which produced the first (low) orbital space plane, SpaceShipOne, and Voyager, the first plane to fly around the world without refueling. He's made a number of amazing planes over the years, and five of them hang in the Smithsonian Air & Space Museum.

He has definitely earned his retirement, over the course of his career he's designed over 300 aircraft, more than 40 of which flew. He's had some heart problems over the last couple of years.

Movie studio suing pirates for copying a movie doesn't own the movie

Studio A makes a movie called Nude Nuns With Big Guns. And surprisingly, it's not a porno. Studio A defaults on a loan, their assets are sold to Company B. After the sale, Studio A then starts suing people for downloading Nude Nuns.
