Movie studio suing pirates for copying a movie doesn't own the movie

Studio A makes a movie called Nude Nuns With Big Guns. And surprisingly, it's not a porno. Studio A defaults on a loan, their assets are sold to Company B. After the sale, Studio A then starts suing people for downloading Nude Nuns.

Got to make some money somehow. Of course, they'll still have to actually prove that the people they claim downloaded it actually did so, which is not all that easy.
