They had to disconnect from the internet and work on cleaning several servers after it was detected that they were shipping data out of the network. The data was encrypted, so they don't know what it was, and they're still working on trying to identify where it was going.

The actual malware was a zero day exploit in Internet Explorer that was patched by MS a week ago or so.
