I just can't believe people are still pursuing this. But the worst part is the paragraph talking about RNC candidates courting his support. Then again, that could be an excellent barometer: if Arpaio supports someone, good reason to vote against them.

A man was arrested by police for selling art on the side of the road, and when it was discovered that he had a recording device, the arrest had a Class 1 felony attached to it for illegally recording the police.

The judge threw out the law as being over-broad, and that innocent infringers could be prosecuted. One example was a parent video recording a child's soccer game would pick up side conversations.

We did an Apollo run tonight at sunset (lunar laser ranging) and my wife told me that the ISS would be passing overhead, and we saw it! It was nothing more than a very bright light moving very fast, but still.
