Just got back from seeing the Christopher Robin movie starring Ewan McGregor

This is one of the nicest movies that I've seen recently. I absolutely loved the opening montage showing the growth and time passing of Christopher Robin, it was amazingly well done. I hope it gets some Oscar nods, but I doubt it.

One thing that we enjoyed was adult Christopher's wife is played by Hayley Atwell, also known as Agent Carter from various Marvel Cinematic Universe properties. And there's a Time Lord in the movie. So for fanfic possibilities we have a Jedi master, a top-notch spy, and a Time Lord. My wife was talking about a fanfic Lord of the Rings that she's developing, and now we've got this rattling around her skull!

One more thing about Christopher Robin

There is a very nice easter egg, so to speak, in the credits. Just one, fairly early on.


Easter egg isn't really a good term for a video clip in the credits, because easter eggs are something you search for, not that's just handed to you.
