thewayneand thought of another rule that should be added to the "If I were an Evil Overlord" list...
If I were an Evil Overlord and issued my troops automatic weapons and body armor, I would make sure the armor would have a good chance of stopping the weapons so that when the hero invariably steals a gun, he'll have to make some good head shots to kill my minions.
The armor doesn't have to provide absolute protection, after all, minions aren't too expensive to replace.
Unfortunately the Evil Overlord list has gone static, apparently the guy who maintained it has decided he can no longer do it. Pity he doesn't give it to someone who can. Hmmm... could be a good application for a Wiki...
And yes, Highlander II sucks big time. The anternative cut in the DVD set made a lot more sense, once again they ran out of money and the film was thrown together by the completion agent.
