thewayneFun, fun, FUN! My wife agreed to see it, probably mainly to humor me. "I know he likes weird movies, I can suffer through this for him." Well, Russet was laughing as much, sometimes perhaps more, than I was!
Basic story from the trailers: Mexican priest decides to become a luchador, i.e. wrestler, to raise money to feed the orphans. It becomes a personal growth flic, but it keeps itself light and funny all the time. Jack Black is very good in his role and carries it well.
Good story, good ending, and I loved the rabid Ewoks!
I doubt that I'll rush out and buy it on DVD, but if I come across a used copy at Bookman's or some place, I'll give it some consideration.
