Joe Francis assaults her physically, assaults her integrity, says she doesn't respect the first ammendment. I can't get to the mute button on our remote fast enough when those stupid commercials come on.

I didn't have time to finish it this AM, but that is the general impression that I got based on what I've read. He was the pioneer in an exploitable market, and he's making buckets from it. Yahoo for him, he won't see a dime from me.

That looks to be about all there is. The guy is a loser who caught a wave and is riding high - for the time being.

It really looks like something's going to crash down around his head. Whether it's a girl that takes him for a ride instead of the other way around, or when he finally gets convicted of soliciting and getting someone underage to pose, it's going to be a very hard fall. And I wish him best of luck on the way down.

That was actually a rather disturbing article. I'm not surprised the guy's kind of an asshole, but the impression I was left with is that he's become a multi-millionaire by figuring out legal loopholes to allow him to victimize stupid/foolish young women legally. I'd say it'd come back to get him someday, but he's got enough money coming in from that business to be able to basically pay off anyone in terms of "undisclosed settlements." And with as well as sex tends to sell, the odds are he'll be in business for a long, long time....
