Interesting results. Nutrition was a key factor in all three experiments, and all three were successful in varying degrees. Makes me wish I'd brought my .22 pistol and one of my rifles back from Phoenix, I've been wanting to go shooting for quite a while.

That's an interesting triple of articles. Shows that with a little practice and some dedication, people can improve themselves pretty quickly. That said, I wonder how long it would take for each of them to achieve expert status in their chosen tasks (ten years seems to stick out as a number of expertise).
